The company was started in 1994 as a sole-
proprietorship.

   KLM's image is that of professionalism and quality work. One of our goals is to compete in a lower price range than our competitors. While proposals are occasionally solicited, our customers are more often obtained through referrals.

   Ken Morris, the Organizer of KLM & Associates, values this phrase more than any other: "I Think!"  He knows that a good consultant's value is based on his/her experience, wisdom, intellect, and rate. 

   With over 18 years of combined grant writing and organizational development consulting experience,  Ken Morris has demonstrated consistent success in developing startups as well as in structuring faith and community-based organizations. Currently, he serves on several federal/national grant review panels.

    Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Accounting from Southern University, a Master of Divinity in Psychology & Church Administration from Morehouse School of  Religion at The ITC, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Psychology from Northwestern Theological Seminary. Ken is an Honorable Discharged Veteran of the United States Navy.
